A travers plusieurs t\u00e9moignages de parents ( exploitant agricole et artisan sellier ), les enfants ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 la richesse de leur environnement. Ils font maintenant la diff\u00e9rence entre vache laiti\u00e8re et vache allaitante, l&rsquo;alimentation d&rsquo;une vache&#8230; Ils ont d\u00e9couvert le cuir d&rsquo;une vachette ou celui d&rsquo;un veau ( peau plus lisse ) destin\u00e9 \u00e0 des articles divers: selle, collier&#8230; Ils font la distinction entre produits laitiers et non laitiers.
